Inspired by Charles Eames, Le Corbusier, Gunnar Asplund and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Jacobsen. Arne later became an inspiration himself after receiving multiple awards around the world, including a silver medal he won for a chair displayed in Paris, at the Exposition Internationale des Arts Decoratifs, in 1925.
Arne Jacobsen continued inspiring and educating others thought out his life, and during the 11 years he spent working as a professor at Danish Royal Academy. More than 40 years since his death, in 1971, Arne Jacobsen inspired products continue to be recreated and reproduced to this day.
